Continuing to drink through some of my French whites 10yrs old or more. Pours full straw at first, but quickly turning medium golden in a matter of 20 seconds; nose and palate of FULLY mature French Chard, some obvious aldehydic oxidation notes but salvaged by the classic Drouhin acidity. Anyone truly familiar with Drouhin's wines (both red and white) know that their signature acidic structure gives them initial brightness, length of palate and ability to age. That's what has kept this wine alive, but just barely. DRINK UP!!!

Delicious, especially with a bit of time in glass, bringing classic salinity, lemon oil, and rich deep minerality. Good density and purity on the palate. Very nice w/escargot. 91-92+

Limited range of palate but a smooth chablis with a touch of earthy and oaky tones. Moderate duration. Pairs well with the usual types of white wine food (chicken, fish, etc).

In excellent shape and a real treat with oysters and then grilled striped bass. Real depth along with excellent acidity. A Grand Cru experience.

Very nicely one, with medium body and excellent concentration. Finish could be more elegant but a very fine wine.
