  Notes from memory of dinner last night. Color is medium garnet and shows its 26 years. Nose is fresh with asian spice and red fruit. Palate, with tannins perfectly integrated, has redddish fruit skin. About medium in body. Very lovely old bottle of Oregon Pinot from a cellar with impeccable provenance/storage.
  
  Big thanks to the owner of this bottle for bringing this along. If I was taking more formal notes and trying to formulate a score I can see it at about 91-92 on my scale.
