Wow - still drinking reasonably well. Dark yellow, slightly mellowed nose, but creamy and buttery. Smooth. Very low acid; finish is medium. Paired nicely with pan roasted chicken in a tarragon-olive oil marinade. The wine has definitely not turned and is still quite enjoyable

Bright golden yellow, medium viscosity. Notes of carmel, citrus and mellon. The first impression upon taste is creamy, medium butter with wood and mineral flavors following. The finish is long. This is more your classic California Chardonnay. J leaves the wine on the lees for an extended period, resulting in the creamy texture. Had it with lobster bisque and it was wonderful.

Creamy, buttery Cali chardonnay. Not a lot of acid but it handled my wife's pollo a la crema dish nicely
