  Pre-Christmas dinner with family and friends. gift from friends in Alsace. Aged nicely, gorgeous golden color when poured. Perfumed nose, opened over the course of 3 hour pre and post dinner drinking.
  
  Sweeter than the Gewurztraminer I have had in the past, have not had one with this much age. More viscous mouth-feel, more like an aged Auslese. Light ABV, easy to drink
  
  Baked apples, honey, harvest spices. Medium/long finish. Probably past its peak, but a very nice wine if you like this style. Would have with cheeses before or fruit desserts after dinner
