One of my best wine experiences in no small part due to the extraordinary food it was served with at 3 Chimneys in the midst of a wonderful vacation. In its sweet spot, and impeccably balanced with a wonderful, complex, mineral nose. I found it less complex on the palate, still featuring a nice combination of precise fruit and aged characteristics. Everything I like about White Burg is here. Expensive but worth it.

Disapp inting after Goutte Dor. Overipe flavours dominated. No charm here.
