Much, much better than in 2007. Aromatic, layered, really good for the price point. Seems like it's at its peak, counter to the CT drink by date that would suggest its over the hill.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this, which is at its best, I think. Nice minerality, different expression of the evasive Pinot noir, such good magic.

We had the last bottle one year ago. Is has really matured and was nice, smooth and forthcoming shortly after it was opened. We drank it over five hours and it did not change a lot. The tannins are quite soft and pleasant. The wine is soft and will probably be very nice for the next 5-7 years without a problem. You will love it.

It has been almost exactly one year since we had one of these bottles. We opened it and started drinking it half an hour later, after it was cooled down to about 13-14 degrees, which is deliberately too cold. It was sour on the "backtaste" like the previous bottle. After an hour the sourness was gone and it was like the one a year ago a great bottle of Bourgogne. I still think it has great potential for the next 5-10 years, maybe even longer, but if you can't wait, just go ahead.....

Dominated by cherries half an hour after being opened. Stlill quite tanic although it seems like they are fading compared to instantly after being opened.
It still has many more years to devellop (5-10), but is very enjoyable now.
