Opened along with a '90 Chambert-Marbuzet and a '95 Leoville Las Cases. The Darioush was the WOTN. It had amazing aromatics and palate impression. The fruit was very much intact with great dark fruit texture and a medium to long finish.
Double decanted for three hours, tasted blind initially, Ripe big nose, black fruit, medium body, medium acidity, more red fruit on the palate, also a spicy element, decent balance finish, a bit warm. This is in a great spot, what a surprise.
