Lost in the cellar, wasn't expecting too much - but in a great place right now, solid and rich, balanced acidity, a bit of lemon cream. In that space between new and old worlds that the best Niagara chards can (occasionally) achieve. On the second day, still solid, suggesting that this wine could age a bit yet. Nice job!

In a real sweet spot right now. Ripe yellow pear, pie crust and vanilla cream. Unlike 98% of Ontario Chardonnay, this wine wasn't oxidative or reductive in fruit, and had some nice (and balanced) acidity. Wouldn't hold much longer as it could develop undesirable oxidative/sherried tones.

Seems to be losing some of its fruit to me, but my wife still loved it. I really like this chard. Floral, some oak but not overwhelming. I could drink this every night!!

Probably one of the best white wines I've ever had, so interesting, bold and complex, probably a bit over the top oak wise, but the acidity in this wine will allow for further integration and this will be even better in another year or 2, simply a fantastic bottle, and proof positive that Niagara is producing some of the best cold-climate Chards in the world - Gold, full bodied, pear, peach, caramel, intense butterscotch, butter and vanilla on the nose, very well structured, prevalent oak will integrate over time, extreme complexity/smoothness on the palate with a fabulous finish, amazing! (94 Points).

Bright gold colour, intense nose of white flower, citrous and cream, good weight on the palate with a hint of hazlenut on the finish. Very fine.
