Coravin fun - European Riesling (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Toffee apple, gingerbread, honey, touch of butter and cream. Medium plus intensity acidity but cloyingly sweet, very toffee apple, ginger bread and pain d'epices all travelling very long. Lovely.

From Coravin. Historic signs of bleeding, onion skin brown. Aromas of toffee, honey, tinned peaches, touches of cream and butter (?) and baking spices. With time a little yeast extract and mushroom. Lusciously sweet, glycerol thick, wonderful acid offset, similar tinned peaches are joined by ripe apple and plenty of honey and toffee. Ridiculously long. Impossible to spit. Wonderful.

Extremily evolved color, toffee-cognac coloured looks oxidized. In the nose very evolved with loads of glue and petrol, honney, appricots. Very sweet, lacks clearly acidity. Oxidized bottle?, however it still delievered a nice performance.
