this has definitely mellowed out in the time since the last posts. classic gsm aromas and flavors. very smooth, round fell in the mouth, enough tannin to give it structure but nothing gum-searing. it's not especially complex but a fantastic weeknight wine with lamb at a solid qpr.

A bit overextracted for me. There are tons of primary black fruit flavors here, but I think Mick over did it with this one. Hopefully will mellow a bit with some age, but I doubt it.

Big cherry and red fruit nose. I love grenache and mourvedre, and like GSM blends. Like it don't love it, but for $20 is a good value

pepper eucalyptus and menthol off the nose. very approachable cherry fruit. very easy wine to purchase for $20. nice and not too simple.
