A beautiful golden colour. The nose was an amazing summer floral pasture with sweet honey. The palate was a tangy sweet delight, with more honey and a lovely acidity that cleaned the palate and then a lip smacking finish took over that went on for minutes. This is divine. So glad I have 2 bottles left not sure that I will be able to keep my hands off them for too long. This isn't cheap at £50 for a half bottle but it is Christmas but class wines like this are Fine and Rare and worth it. 92 points

Opened this tonight at Dragon Phoenix Restaurant for Mother's Day Dinner.
Colour is dark yellow, with a lemon and honey perfumed nose. On the palate, this wine is seductively charming; elegant and well balanced with a beautiful long finish.
Sweet, but not overpowering; this wine delivers all the right notes and it is difficult not to like this wine.

This was like a perfect summer day, distilled, concentrated and bottled. Peach with something a little gravely, in a good way. Sweet, but not cloying, crisp without biting. At 7.5% ABV, this was light and refreshing.

Champagne and Pinot Noir WIMPS #168 31st August 2023 (La Trompette, Chiswick): A very generous extra to accompany pud. Absolutely classical Riesling. Nose has lemon barley water, pure, clean juicy lime juice. Some cut hay and a little sewing machine oil. Lovely texture too. Just deligthful.
