Drank last night so brief note from memory. Elegant, light touch of wood. Some creaminess in the mouth. Lemon and pear flavors. Drinking perfectly now. Will keep for a few years.

This is a monopole vineyard for Bouchard. Lovely crisp lemon wax and lemon zest and citrus notes on a fabulous nose this evening, more of the same on the palate, lovely complexity and richness for a premier cru white burgundy, smooth yet intense and elegant this evening, medium/long finish. The best white still wine this evening at the Wines and Spirits top 100 event.
