OC Blind Wine Dinner (The Winery - Tustin, CA): Exhibits apricots, pears, toasted hazelnuts, and melted butter on the nose. Racy on the palate, with sharp acidity, and a long lingering finish. Enjoyable, but not headturning.

The OC Goes Blind (The Winery, Tustin, CA): Nutty nose with caramel and a vinegar note. Palate still on the elegant minerally side in contrast to the nose but over all this is probably well past its prime.

The OC Blind Crew (The Winery Restaurant In Tustin, CA): Ripe nose with what I thought was a VA note. Of the 4 wines in the flight, this was the darkest in color, almost gold in hue. pear, smoke and thicker-styled and heavy. Did not care for this much.

Both bottles were past their prime and undrinkable.
