2011vintage. Apple and lemon with a touch of yeasty brioche. Slightly better bead with certainly better acid and tension than the standard reserve. I think this could do a bit better with time/air. Dosage: 3-grams per liter.
Small, lively bubbles. Like the Brut Reserve, wonderful texture in this medium bodied wine. More lemon fruit here. Rising, strong acidity on the finish. A bit of caramel. Also very good, although a bit austere.
