Sydney MW Summer School; 1/26/2002-1/27/2002 (Sydney Airport Stamford Hotel): Fresh cherry fruit nose. Modern, clean palate, but rather lean and mean. Short aging in oak has made seemingly little difference to texture or flavour. Cherry/spice flavours. Savoury texture dominated by fresh acid. Wonder if it gets more generous with age…?
