Plenty of earth as Steve20 notes below ( actually smells v Bordeaux like). Well balanced and went well with Roast Chicken etc. Not massively complex but rich and structured. Probably won't improve but it has plenty of legs.

Having with charcoal grilled steaks with baked potatoes and grilled zucchini from the garden. Rich and jammy and smooth with a bit tartness on the finish. Note fussy or overly complex but big and good with a steak
