Typical NZ sav blanc aromas and flavors of grapefruit, green asian pear, etc. Palate was green, way too much so for my taste. This will be fine for fans of this style, but it's off-putting to me.

Typical flavor profile for NZ, veerng more to the lime side of the spectrum. What distinguishes this bottle for me is its sharp acidity and robust mineral profile. Nice stuff, and a moderate upgrade from the mega-QPR Dashwood bottling from this producer. Well worth twice the $6.99 clearance price at Whole Foods, although perhaps not up to the usual $20 ask. A notch below the Brancott Reserves and Matua Paretais of the world. 90.
