(Schafer-Frohlich Bockenauer Felseneck Halbtrocken) Lovely candied minerality on the nose with a rich and very textured palate. The bit more sugar here really adds alot in the texture department. The concentration is great as well as lovely slate components on the finish. Almost salty and sweet and bitter. Tang. Lots of '07's have tang.

UWS a random set of wines (@ JB): Candy flavors in the bouquet. On the palate full bodied and very tasty. Good acidity and sweet candy flavors. Very pleasant wine.

Godt kjøp till litt over 200 kr i 2009. Lett sødme. Fin frukt og lengde. Mangler litt konsentrasjon for å være på GG-nivå.

16 g/l restsukker. Antagelig fra et fat som var tiltenkt GG, men hvor gjæringen stoppet opp for tidlig slik at sødmen ble for høy.
Tydelige mineraler med streif av lime samt hvite blomster på nesen. Mineraliteten dominerer også munnfølelsen og sødmen er pent integrert samt backet opp av en flott struktur. Overraskende laaang lengde, nivået tatt i betraktning. Et supert kjøp til 225,- i sin tid. Drikk nå - 2020
Oppdatering dag 2: mer stikkelsbær og et preg av petro, best på dag 1.
