  Quite noble this Moulin à vent. Clear red colour. Fresh nose with raspberry, strawberry and spice. Good structure with structuring tannins that really make this wine worth looking out for, no thickness but a sleek aromatic drink that refreshes well, aftertaste is less fresh than expected and give an older spicier expression than the nose and mouth. All in all this is a very good wine and definitely worth the try.
