  • Served at the Wine Club at a tasting. Welch's grape juice on the nose; soft, lush, round mouth filling fruit with strong concord grape notes and a peppery (high alcohol) finish. Too sweet for my palate and I found the Welch's reference off putting.

  • I agree with wine Spectator on this one. Accidently knocked the damn cork in the bottle. Musty smell on the nose but then the pinot nose comes through. Very dense and concentrated and kinda reminds me of the Calera Seleck or Jensen . Balanced and ripe. Musty Earth and wet stone meets rich fruit. Needs a little more acidity and less mustiness. Bottle might be slightly corked.
