At first there is plenty of brown sugar and decaying leaves. With air the fruit aromas and flavours become more precise and it really gets into gear nicely. There's a lot of earth and sous bois, tannins have all but melted away and there's a pleasant lick of minerally acidity to the finish. A Village wine that provides a lot of drinking pleasure at somewhere close to full maturity.
