  Very tight nose giving little but a hint of alcohol and light lemons. Firm, a bit of mineral (think soda water) with lemon initially. On the back, green apples. No oak.

  Lemon zest, orange peel and honeysuckle with minerals. Refreshing but somewhat austere. Recommended cellar time 2-3 additional years.
