Subsequent notes on this wine from over two years ago. Medium golden yellow in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of matured & well developed, ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes, apples & pineapples with overtones of honeysuckle floral notes & butter/butterscotch, nutty, spices, wet stones, minerals & a touch of vanilla/toasted oak. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, developed & mature, viscous, ripe fruit citrus flavors of lemons/limes, grapefruit & pineapple with spices, minerals/stony, vanilla & a touch of toasted oak. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but it at or close to its peak of development, so drink up.

Our last one. More advanced than it must have been a few years ago, but still interesting... and enjoyable... and a bit aged. I wish that we had more of an opportunity to have more aged whites.

Medium to medium-light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of matured & well developed, rich, ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes, apples & pineapples with lovely floral notes of honeysuckle, butter/butterscotch, nutty, some sweet spices, wet stones, minerals, a touch of vanilla and a hint of toasted oak. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well developed & mature, well balanced, smooth textured, viscous, ripe fruit citrus flavors of lemons/limes, grapefruit & pineapple with spices, minerals/stony, vanilla bean and just a bit of toasted oak. Long lingering smooth & crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but has the fruit and structure to continue at this plateau for several more years although any further development would be minimal.

Quite rich and dark. I'd like a bit more fruit and a bit less of that aged quality, but it's sumptuous and worthy.
