  • Smoked and wood spices, licorice, stewed plums and floral tea on the nose. After sometime in the glass, there is undertone of dry herbs. Rich flavours of old leather and sweet stewed fruits on entry. Mid-palate is somewhat hollow, lacking some fitness in the structure. Finish is deep and smooth with a fresh lift at the end. Some bitter herbs in the aftertaste. Past its prime. Drink up soon.

  • Immediately I smell good typicity from the wine with the cool climate cooling herbal eucalyptus leaves married with wild berries and glimpses of red violets and spices. Elegantly sweet ripe but low-toned black cherry fruits and black raspberries. Delicious now and not overbearing.
