Her kommer det lagrede uttrykket til semillon fint frem: Aroma av bivoks, honning, citrus, fersken og saltmineralsk tone. Slank og svært syrlig i munnen (!). Middels lengde. Hadde forventet mer kremet munnfølelse ut i fra aromaen, men like fullt OK konsentrasjon.

Tasting with David: Herbs, lemon and grasses in the bouquet. On the palate a bit rustic, focused pineapple acidity and overall aromatic. Nice wine.

Hunter Valley 2016 Trip #1 (Hunter Valley, Australia): Toast, mineral, orange peel and lemon. Still very youthful on the palate, there acid drives things well. Plenty of time to develop and enjoy this.
