Light green yellow. Open nose of green apples, minerals and some sea-shells. Crispy and fresh. Great concentration. Dry and crisp. Long. Very nice Chablis. Still young.

Showing a slight bit of oxidation, it still has lots of steely goodness. Just great with salmon off the griil, it has plenty of acidity and minerality.Just a hint of oak shows in the finish, but pretty much a classic bottle of Chablis.

Decanted 2 hours. Straw yellow color. On the nose it is sea, chalk, iodine, wet wool and apples. On the palate it feels crisp with its good acidity and has a midweight mouthfeel. Ends fairly long with citrus and sea mist. A touch of that wool comes again and makes it a bit warm and waxy at the end. Not to be drunk alone, needs seafood. Oysters was a perfect match! Can hold until 2020.

Late night wine, so forgot to take notes.
Remember that the wine was a little rustic with hard acidity. Also a certain touch which can remind of a grand cru. Overall a ok experience.

Clear straw colour.palate of green apples and lime with very crisp acidity. Not much fun to drink by itself. Needs seafood.
