One of the freshest, most compelling examples of this varietal and style I've had in quite some time. Ripe orchard fruits on the nose, with floral perfume circling the crushed rocks and minerals. A sensational mouthfeel, and a brilliant, balanced attack; everything is in its place. Would definitely buy again.

Before trying this, I had been wondering whether there's really any difference between Md'As - I had only tried stuff on the cheaper end of the spectrum. This was not especially expensive, but it was much better than others I've had. Very very, full, rich (almost creamy) mouthfeel was balanced by decent acidity and a few bubbles.
Very enjoyable, but I couldn't drink more than a couple of glasses.
Enjoyed during an amazing night in.

Consistent notes. Consistently one of the best Moscato d'Asti I've had. Fresh, lovely and keenly balanced. I'm really looking forward to the '09.
