  Greenish gold; clear with a white rim. Secondary characters dominate the nose: toast, sour cream, macadamia/Brazil nut. After a few hours open, the sourness dissapates and the nose evolves into fresh cream and butter chicken. On the palate, strong acidity is backed by a strong body, with notes of papaya, lime, and ground nuts. Had no trouble standing up to roast pork, raw red onion and honey-mustard vinaigrette.
