- It's overly acidic with a short finish - Very ordinary. Harsh at first, rough tannins. Drank second day and somewhat smoother but rather light and no finish.

20c; no decant; clear, ruby-red; subtle nose of strawberry, raspberry and minerals; nervy tannins, bright acid with thinnish fruit; schist (touch of iron) and nice red-fruit...strawberry, cranberry and raspberry, rather like a burgundy; this has impressed me more since last tasting, revealing my style shift toward well-made right-bank wines (eg. I'm falling for Pomerol). A phenomenal QPR; 15
