  Especiado al finalizar cada trago. Media botella con 400 gramos de excelente carne de buey y la otra media con rape a la plancha en la cena. Una pena despedirse de este bello ejemplo de Castillon.

  I almost discarded this one. After venting for an hour the taste was very heavy, nougat and coffee. No fruit or freshness, hopeless. By chance I left it to vent for another two hours. And what do you know :-) , now it tasted of much more fruit. Still a bit oaky, but balanced and pleasant. A wine for beef. Must be ventes for 3-4 hours.

  needed about two hours to blow off. a bit of a lightweight but tasty. somewhere inbetween grenache and bordeaux. cherry, leather and old oak notes (a bit too much oak for my liking but integrated better with aeration time). not bad for the cheap price tag. drink now.
