Straw color. Yellow flowers, toasted grains and mint. Medium body with lime at mid & butterscotch. Creamy and soft but kept fresh and light by limey acidity. Medium length...mostly packed to the front of the palate.

Scott Paul and De Ponte: Very light nose, which is slightly floral, but has quite a bit of rank aromas. Crisp on the palate with what feels to be building sweetness, then cucumber, all rounded out with some raspiness. Tart funk on the finish with some under ripe hard pear. Enjoyed the 2006 more.

Just lovin' this bottle. Triple cream cheese, citrus, chalk, stone, white flowers, asparagus on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel with more citrus, gravel, cucumber, herbs, saline/sea, and long lemony finish.

served blind and thought it might be a domestic chenin blanc. Was revealed to be a white burg and wasn't shock but was suprised. Once I spent some time w/it I was really falling in love with it. Hints of mango, a good dose of pears, some straw and a really cool musty cheese which smelled a lot like the brie we were tasting it with.

What a great wine with a super PQR. Lovely mango, citrus and mineral touches caress your palate. A real bargain. I love it.
