  Fragrant nose with flavors of tropical fruit, apricot, guava, and anis. Nice, fresh acidity with minerals and ripe peach flavors on the palate. Long finish. Great, perfectly aged Riesling. Drinking quite well, but I'm not sure how much longer I would hold this despite the freshness on the palate.

  Full-bodied for a white, expansive and rich on the palate, quite dry and a touch less acidity than I might normally prefer, but honestly, I don't think I would change anything about the way this wine drinks tonight, as it has come together as one complete and harmonious package.

  Golden colored in the glass; tropical fruits on the nose (pineapple?), with a slate note in the background.
  
  Seamless on the palate, although there is a slight alcoholic note that detracts a bit. A little sweet & sour interplay with the fruits on the palate. Nicely balanced and a good showing given the vintage.
