nose: fresh and tangy nose of grapefruits, tropical citrus', some mineral tones and bits of snow peas. Nice depth with a good brightness to the nose as well
taste: Lighter feel with good medium+ acidity and tones of grapefruits, minerals, citrus' and bits of tree fruits as well. Good attack, but lacking on the mid palate and finish
overall: a much better nose than feel on the palate. This is better with food right now and not sure that it will develop all too much on the palate. If it can fatten up on the mid palate this could be a lot better, but that seems like a big if

Light and refreshing with high acidity, grapefruit and lemon, grassy vegetal notes and intense minerality. Very well made, but rather simple and short. A good pick for the summer months. - 86 points

A very good entry level Gruner Veltliner. Colour - so fresh and young, pale lemon-green core with watery rim. Medium youthful green fruit, gooseberries, vegetal (grassy) notes on the nose. Dry, medium (+) acidity and lots of green fruit freshness on the palate. It could go on for another year, however, this wine is lovely to drink this young. A great alternative to those grassy NZ Sauvignon Blancs. The more I drink GVs, the more I like them. Cheers!

Complex and food-friendly. Great acidity, with lots of citrus; plenty of minerality and hints of spice. Great mouthfeel.
