lots of citrus and minerals with some white florals and touch of vegetal notes. a bit of spritz upon pnp that blew off and drank better and better over a couple hours

Praelum - Blind Tasting Training with Somms (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pale straw and a slight silvery hue. Aromas of lemon zest, lime cordial, limestone and slight walnut. Acidic and a bit of alcohol burn, with lemon zesty flavours, grey stones, and slightly musty

Similar to my 12/27/19 note but the wine has come into a bit more balance, with some of the acidity melting into that fleshy, peppery mid-palate. 90/91 but landing on 91 because I think this is going to get even better in the next year.

Tetsuya's Restaurant - Lunch: Youthful, primary aromas and flavours (medium(+) intensity) featuring citrus fruit (lime, subtle lemon), green fruit (green apple), floral characters (blossom), and mineral (crushed rocks). Autolytic characters (biscuit, waxy texture) show on the palate. Acidity is medium(+) and the length has a medium(+) length. Enjoyable.

Honey. Sweet smell. Nice, bright acidity.
