Very well balanced wine that has some raspberry and strawberry notes not typical of cab's. Still went great with a grilled flat iron steak. Drinking nicely right now but could last another year.

I really noticed the Cab Franc while drinking this much more than the Cab Sauv. Bright cherry fruits, some herbs, and that big lift I think of with Cab Franc.

Faint nose of raspberry. Not at all ripe in the nose. Riper in the mid palate and in the long finish, which has good acidity. Enjoyable wine that is not at all over-ripe and the abundant acidity makes this pleasantly refreshing.
P.S. Noticed some mocha in the nose after returning to this after a Pomerol and a St. Estephe.

(Soos Creek Artist Series #7 Red Wine Columbia Valley) An aromatic nose with loads of black and red fruit, spice, light herbal notes, cranberries, and chocolate. The palate pops with big, rich, chewy red fruit flavors and beautifully integrated tannins. Capped off by an exceptionally long finish. 52% Cabernet Franc, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon. 14.1% alcohol.

Mixture of red and black fruits, hint of earthiness and tannin, nice balance. Easy to drink. Enjoyed this 2nd of 4 more than the first.
