  Very soft and pleasant. Good minerality, easy to drink. Medium length. Perfectly good, but does not stand out in any way.

  nose: med+ intensity, butter, minerals, a charred smoke sort of quality, (from barrel?)
  palate: dry acid is med+ tannin is a bit from oak and grape, body is med alc is est 12.5 (it is) finish is med+ flavors include butter, charred oak, hard to sense fruit ... if apple then a very old apple, slowly fading ... I really like this wine!
  
  pair this with elegantly prepared white fish with a very subtle sauce (or a foam instead of a sauce)
