Tasting at Eyrie (McMinnville, Oregon): Winery tasting. Nose shows the complexity of age with evolved fruit and oxidation notes of butterscotch and candy corn. The palate really shines with fruit that is round and fresh but so deliciously evolved. Lots of layers here with creme brulee and some caramel. Acids still fresh. A nice treat.
