  Oeil : jaune-vert, brillant, viscosité modérée- en parois
  Nez : projection moyenne+, très fruité, floral, odeur de sève d'arbre, miel, minéral, silex, très frais au nez
  Bouche : vive aciditié, bonne matière, amertume bien présente, goût de sève d'arbre...
  Conclusion : très agréable, aucun boisé apparent, très vif par ailleurs, ce qui a déplu à certains autour de la table...
