  Theres a lot of caramel and hints of orange in this intense and sweet Vin Santo. Also a long finish that in the beginning was too dry for me. Much better with cake, but since it was pop and poured and enjoyed immediately, some air might also solve this. Really delicious, but special.

  Drank, and enjoyed, over the course of a week. This is in a really good place now, with absolutely no sign of it fading in any way. Happy to have one more bottle that I'll probably enjoy during the next 10 years. I will be looking to acquire some more if the opportunity arises. The cork/fill were excellent, and the 16% abv. is well integrated. This is sheer joy just now. highly recommended

  Caramel color, notes of caramel, creme brullee, vanilla, excellent sweetness/acidity balance, mouthfilling, long finish.
