  Evolved both in color and on nose with a dustiness above the otherwise elegant fruit. Strawberries, leather and some earthiness. But I'd say this is nowhere ready on palate with super tight tannins. Decanted for two hours and drank over two more, if I would open another bottle today I'd let it sit open for a day. Hold for 10+ years. Hopefully the fruit is still there by then.

  After 60 minutes still on the tight and young side with firm tannins that were not too course. After an hour it largely stayed put for the next hour. Sweet and sour cherry elements with some menthol, vanillla Oak, and dried herbs. Clearly this wine has yet to hit is peak. Almost no sediment to speak of. Probably best in a few more years through early 2030s.

  earth, herbs, wild berries (red and dark) on the nose. expressive, open, accessible, clear and definded. nice elegance!
  
  full body and powerful on the palate but nonetheless straight forward and clear.
  high tannins and acidity, black wild berries, herbs and pepper.
  the length is super-long, the tannins last forever…
  
  this is in a good spot now, but i would give it another 5-10 years of rest before opening again. not at its prime yet.
