Still very good length for that age. Good acidity/tannin balance, some primary fruits, tertiary very well developed as expected but not overbearing. Drinking now.

Still has good deep cherry/brick color, but is quite mature and soft on the palate. Tannins completely resolved. Has quite a bit of leather showing until pairing with a Berkshire pork tenderloin. Some really soft cherry/raspberry comes out with a bit of earth. Then it is quite nice. Not a tasting wine, but a still a solid food wine just as the Piedmontese would have it. Drink up IMO.

The nose displays tar, roses, cloves and chocolate. On the palate it is round and nice with good fruit and some spices. Long finish with tones of earth and meat. This wine is drinking well now, but it will still hold for another 10 years or so.

Garnet with slight brick. Very nice aged and integrated aroma with occasional whiff of cherry. Typical aged Nebbiolo flavors - orange peel, crushed coriander seeds and road asphalt. Overall it is elegant, refined and balanced with a slight tannic sensation over time. Drinking great now and very satisfying. Will hold for quite a while. More youthful than Rabaja from same vintage. Best wine with Chantrelle risotto. Harvest Celebration.
