Saturated and herbaceous with plenty of acidity, almost a taste of brine. Lemony and tart with slightly smoky overtones, especially on the finish. Had it with smoked pheasant fettuccine. Worked well with the cream sauce and smoked bird.

Neal Rosenthal Tasting/Luncheon (The Mooring): Soft and delicious. Meidum bodied, but still has great focus, and the minerality and acidity really kick in on the back palate. 90-91

Nice wine. Elegant, light. Not overwhelming amazing, but a nice choice for a nice dinner. Had at Gramercy Tavern.
