Generally, I like these wines for their authenticity and good price point. This wine is no exception. garnet.medium bodied, bright clean cherry/mulberry fruit with sandalwood, a decent finish.

Medium ruby with clear rims. Woodsy nose with cherry and strawberry. Certainly not the most complex offering on the shelf, but well worth the price tag. Feels well made and nice in the mouth, and that is worth something. Cherry and strawberry in a rustic style. Medium finish.

Generous bright nose of pure dark fruits - black cherry, cola, black currant, and red currant with spices, and a touch of vanilla and licorice. Medium body and dark garnet color. Good acid balance provides nice sleek mouthfeel. This palate is all about persistant pure bright fruit flavours. There is minimal oak influnce here and the gentle tannins combined with a modest 13% alcohol means you could have this with some spicier meats like chorizo without worrying about overheating. This is a good to complement complex food and not steal the spotlight. It is well suited to those who aren't crazy about oak. A clean, fresh, fruity, versatile performer. Buy.
