  A bit funky smelling after opening. Needs air. After an hour it started to balance out. After that pretty enjoyable. A little sharp in the finish. Juicy and some Matured fruit. Ok wine, nothing more, nothing less. Drink up!

  Nota Bene. This bottle was stored too warm. 18° - 21°. But on purpose.
  Mature pinot with a more meaty touch ... and leather.
  A bit on the wrong side of the Hill.
  
  When I tried this wine 2007 it was a robust wine and I thought it had many years left, but I was wrong. My mistake was to store the bottle in room temperature. The wine aged too fast.

  Doften är ganska skitig, med stall och sadel. Man känner lite fat, och en dov doft av trä och vegetation. Smaken är något liknande. Ganska bråkig och med en relativt hög apelsin-liknande syra. Strävheten är tydlig och känns på grund av sin bitterhet och rävighet som en strävhet härledd från träfat. Smakerna är vi andå överens om att de är ganska intensiva och vinet är trots sin brokighet och råa träighet ganska intressant.

  Not god at all t first,but opened up after 2+ hours and then became pleasant to drink. Needs to be decanted but nothinh to save in ghe cellar, drink now.
