I am ashamed to admit that I have not experienced a white CNP in many a long year. This seemed to be the style calling out to accompany one of Dulcie's earthier chicken offerings. Straw yellow in color, somewhat muted on the nose, mineral notes, petrol (a little), smooth and mellow of texture with slight citrus, mineral backbone, longish finish. I might have expected a little more.
