Popped and poured. Some red fruit but borderlining figs, dates and all sorts of christmas. And the palate has some hard acidity. I was a bit undecided about whether it was over the hill. Definitely drink up.

Sweet spicy cherry fruit on the nose. I decanted it for 1-2 hours and kept it around 16-18 degrees. Fully mature but drinking well. Not complex but enjoyable. It had slightly high VA that deducted a bit in the overall picture. The palate was a mirror of the nose. It performed best when kept to the cool side. A good experience. A good but not great wine.
