Robola is the ''unsung hero'' of the greek white varieties. At 3 years old the wine has evolved gaining a character of an aged Riesling. Lemon colour followed by an evolved & complex nose offering honey, quince, minerals over citrus & stone fruit. Elegant and ripe on palate with refreshing acidity, nice fruit definition and fairly long finish. Brilliant. Love to see it in 3 years.

Slightly fresh, fairly fruity nose. Not as savory as many of the whites today, moderately fruity. Decent, middle-of-the road flavor profile, decently pleasing. 86-87

Pale yellow with greenish hues. Peach, capsicum and limestone on the nose. Mid-bodied with rich fruit and balancing acidity. Long finish. Nicely paired with shrimps.

I guess I wasn't lucky with this bottle which was oxidized lacking unfortunately freshness & elegance.

Nice flower aromas, good acidity, and probably the most citrus (lemon) finish I've tasted for a long time
