A great Chablis with apple, pear, flint, steel and nice minerality. Drinks with great crispness and clarity. The finish lingers in the front of mouth a long time.

shared with pat at selkirk manor. this wine has evolved nicely and even developed a bit of complexity. shows typicity for chablis in that there is a steel/mineral base. there is also some wood and nice clean fruit. waldorf salad perhaps. (greens, apples, nuts, cheese)
