This wine had good fruit, but it was buried in the heavy hand of over oaking the wine. I bought this bottle at the winery and have stored it very well. However, it seemed oxidized and way over extracted.

Just not a good wine. Possible it was partially TCA, but the fruit has pretty much died on this despite a reasonable amount of acid. I like old pinots, I like acid driven pinots, and even like some sonoma coast funk at times, but this was just not a good version of any style. You can do better with a cheap pinot from the grocery store.
