Garnet color. Cherry, raspberry, licorice, minerals and just a bit of barnyard on the nose. Medium body with decent acidity and slightly scratchy tannins. A bit light on the palate. Finish turns to more of a cranberry and herb. Not bad por the price, but nothing exciting.

TWC Does Kermit Lynch Wines from the South of France (Heather & Hugo's): Plummy in color, with red fruits all over the nose - raspberry most evident, with some red currants. There is a little heat on the palate but the wine is very smooth with licorice and raspberry flavors in this well put together medium-bodied wine.

A little thin, drinkable, barnyard flavors show through at the finish, which is somewhat tannic. OK, but just OK.
